Here are some tools you may need:
Natural unbleached parchment paper
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds not roasted
1/4 cup flax whole seed
1/4 cup chia whole seed
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 25-30
Directions
Mix together 1 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. I like to use Redmond’s Real Salt because it’s made in the USA and it has many good minerals left in to help keep you healthy.

Next add your oats, sunflower seeds, whole flax seeds, whole chia seeds, and cacao nibs and mix together well.
I use seeds that are not roasted because most roasted seeds and nuts are roasted with vegetable and canola oil which are very bad for your health.
Make sure you use whole seeds because the whole seed retains all it’s nutrients and will be the best for your health. Make sure you chew them well to break them open!

After you mix everything together it should look like this

Next prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper. Try to get unbleached parchment paper. That’s something I didn’t know about up until recently. I never knew they bleached parchment paper!
Then using your cookie scoop, scoop out little scoops of the mixture until it’s all gone.

After you have scooped the mixture refrigerate them for about an hour to set so you can put them away without them squishing everywhere!

These little bites are great to enjoy for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! I hope you enjoy, and thank you for checking out my recipe!
